Tea Time

Before I start posting new stuff, let's take a moment to enjoy a cup of tea.

I of course, being me, wanted to put a little X-Men spin on it. Actually, the day I drew this, I was in the mood to draw Colossus. It was a happy coincidence then, that I was passing through Facebook, and my buddy shared that vid.

Anyway, it's good to be back. And I hope that as a thank you for all those who've stuck it out waiting for new art, and heck, even all those who've just joined me (props to you for Watching a gallery that was dead for about a year. I dig the faith, heh), I hope I can give you all a a good laugh, or at least a cookie-eating-smile.

Oh, and I guess talking more about the art here, don't let this gritty, smudgy piece give you a bad impression about my new scanner. I was toying around with the Contrast settings, as is my way, and when I came to this point with it, it felt right for the piece.

THAT said, yes, I finally have a new scanner. SO, expect more art; NEW art, to come in soon, and more frequently!
